Prices, on the page
Technical shops usually hide their prices. These are ranges, and the fit call tells you where in the range you land.

The $6,500 audit fee is credited in full against a Build Sprint signed within 60 days of the audit's delivery.
-
The kill clause
Phase 1 of every Build Sprint is a two-week pilot on your real data, with pass/fail criteria we write down before starting. If it fails, you pay for phase 1 only and keep everything built.
-
Model usage
Billed through API accounts you own. I don't resell usage or software.
Questions about price
Why is there a price on the page?
So you can decide whether to call. These are ranges, not quotes; the fit call tells you where you land.
What happens in the fit call?
Twenty minutes. What you run, what hurts, and whether I’m the right person. If I’m not, I’ll say who might be.
What do I get from the audit?
A map of your systems and data, three candidate workflows ranked by hours saved and error cost, baseline numbers, pass/fail criteria for a pilot, cost per run, and a fixed quote. Two weeks, $6,500, credited in full against a build signed within 60 days.
What if the pilot fails?
You pay for phase 1 only and keep what was built. That is the point of writing the criteria down first.
How long does a build take?
Four to eight weeks for one workflow or one MCP server, including the two-week pilot.
Do you bill hourly?
Rarely. Fixed prices for audits and builds, a monthly fee for running things, and a day rate for fractional work.
